Our Representative will pick you up from Airport and post that we will head to the selected hotel/resort. Check in at the hotel as per the hotel check in timings. Relax at the hotel. In the afternoon, post lunch (At your own), visit the places as per your comfort. Our Co-ordinator would provide you the scooty (If included in the package.). You must fill the fuel even before heading to any destination. Places to Visit National Memorial Cellular Jail. Later visit Corbyn’s cove beach – a coconut fringed beach about 8kms from Port Blair city which is ideal for swimming. Late evening witness the enthralling Sound and Light Show at Cellular Jail – where the heroic saga of the Indian freedom struggle is brought alive. Overnight stay at respective Hotel / Resort at Port Blair. (Sights are closed on Monday)

Start early from Port Blair for a full-day excursion to Baratang Island, known for its mangrove forests, limestone caves, and proximity to the ancient Jarawa tribal reserve.

 

Important Travel Information:

• Departure is required as early as 6:00 AM to reach the Baratang Check Post (Barrier).
• The barrier opens at 7:30 AM for the controlled convoy movement.
• The route passes through a restricted forest zone, home to the Jarawa tribe, considered one of the oldest tribal communities in the Andaman Islands.
• For safety reasons, vehicles move only in convoys and are not permitted to stop in the tribal reserve area.
• Photography or interaction with tribals is strictly prohibited.
• Carry sufficient water and light snacks due to limited options en route.

 

Upon reaching Baratang Island, you will proceed for sightseeing.

Sightseeing in Baratang:

• Limestone Caves

1. Board a shared speed boat to reach the cave area.
2. Enjoy a scenic journey through dense mangrove tunnels.
3. From the drop point, walk to the million-year-old limestone caves.
4. The boat sailor usually acts as a local guide, explaining cave formations.

• Mud Volcano (Optional, if time permits): On an additional cost. A natural geological formation where cold mud bubbles due to underground gases.
• Mangrove Boat Ride: A beautiful cruise through unspoiled mangrove forests leading to the limestone cave trail.

 

After completing your sightseeing, return to Baratang jetty and join the return convoy to Port Blair by evening.

Your day begins in Port Blair. After an early morning breakfast, proceed to check out from your hotel. Today's focus is on your journey to the stunning Havelock Island.

 

Head towards the Phoenix Bay Jetty to board your inter-island ferry to Havelock Island. The distance between Port Blair and Havelock Island is approximately 57 kilometers by sea, with the ferry journey typically taking around 1.5 to 2.5 hours, depending on the type of vessel.

 

Upon arrival at Havelock Island (now officially known as Swaraj Dweep), disembark and transfer to your pre-booked accommodation for check-in and a quick refresh. Post-lunch, immerse yourself in the island's spirit by renting a scooty, as per your preference. This gives you the freedom to explore at your own pace.

 

Later in the day, explore the following attractions on your scooty:

• Radhanagar Beach (Beach No. 7): Voted as one of Asia's best beaches, known for its pristine white sands and spectacular sunsets. It's the perfect spot for an evening stroll.
• Kala Pathar Beach: A quieter stretch of sand lined with fallen trees and black rocks, offering a serene environment for relaxation and beautiful photo opportunities.

 

Conclude your day with a delightful dinner at a local restaurant, savoring fresh seafood and the tranquil island ambiance before returning to your hotel.

Entire Day is Free for you to plan the itinerary the way you want. (Vehicle is not provided for activities and sightseeings.) However at Havelock we can Cover the following points: Elephant Beach (Only 2 Slots - Morning 8AM, and 11 AM) Radhanagar Beach - Sunset Point (Best time 2PM - 6PM) Kala Paththar Beach - Rocky Beach Famous for Photography.

Starts @ Havelock Island Check out of hotel, vehicle will drop at Harbor. Take cruise to Neil Island. After arrival at Neil, Check In @ Hotel, Freshen up. Witness another scintillating Sunset at Laxmanpur Beach - Famous for Sunset, Natural Bridge - Can be accessed only in Low tides. You need to walk through the rocks which are submerged in the sea at the time of high tides. For the sightseeing our cordinator shall provide you the scooty (If included in the cost) at your hotel.

Check Out and Leave your luggage at Hotel Reception. Visit Bharatpur Beach - Famous for Water Sports and in low tides you can walk into the sea (It is not Sea Walk) and Natural Bridge - If was not possible in yesterday evening due to high tides. - If it was not done yesterday. Take a cruise to return to Port Blair. Post lunch, you can enjoy the shopping at Port Blair.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Port Blair. Before departing, ensure that any remaining sightseeing in Port Blair is completed as no sights will be revisited.

 

Proceed to Port Blair Airport as per your flight timings. Our vehicle will drop you at the airport for your return journey to your hometown, marking the end of your Andaman trip.

 

Note: Any sightseeing will be visited only once during the entire travel even if it is mentioned multiple times in the itinerary. In addition, no alternative sights or compensation will be arranged for the same.
