After breakfast, set out to explore the vibrant culture and natural beauty surrounding the Great Rann of Kutch. The region offers a unique blend of scenic landscapes, traditional villages, and historical sites that capture the essence of Kutch.
Sightseeing around Rann of Kutch (Any sightseeing mentioned will be covered once during the entire stay at Runn of Kutch):
- White Desert (Dhordo) – Witness the surreal expanse of salt marshes stretching to the horizon. The gleaming white sand creates an enchanting view, especially under the bright sun.
- Kalo Dungar (Black Hill) – The highest point in Kutch, about 462 meters high, offering a panoramic view of the Great Rann. Don’t miss the Guru Dattatreya Temple, dedicated to Lord Dattatreya.
- Bhirandiyari Check Post – Stop here to collect the entry permits required to access the Rann region.
- Handicraft Villages (Gandhi nu Gaam, Bhirandiyara, Hodka, Ludiya, and Khavda) – Explore these artisan villages to witness traditional Kutchi embroidery, mirror work, mud houses, and local lifestyle.

After breakfast, check out from your camp/resort and head towards Bhuj.
Bhuj is approximately 85 km away from the Rann of Kutch, and it would take around 2 hours to reach by road.
En route, visit the following attractions:
Bhirandiyara Village – known for its traditional crafts and delicious local mawa sweet.
Khavda Village – a pottery hub where artisans craft beautiful clay and terracotta items.
Upon reaching Bhuj, continue exploring its cultural and historical highlights:
