After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Jaipur. Complete any remaining sightseeing or shopping in Jaipur before proceeding towards Ajmer and Pushkar, two sacred towns that beautifully blend spirituality, history, and culture.

Head to Jaisalmer via Deshnok - Jaisalmer Sightseeing

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Bikaner. Before departing, make sure to complete any remaining sightseeing in Bikaner.

 

Begin your journey towards Jaisalmer, the Golden City of Rajasthan. The distance between Bikaner and Jaisalmer is approximately 330 km, and the travel time is around 5 to 6 hours by road.

 

En route, visit the following attraction:

  • Deshnok Karni Mata Temple (Chuhe Wali Mata Ka Mandir) – A unique and highly revered temple dedicated to Karni Mata, famous for the thousands of holy rats considered sacred and believed to be the reincarnation of devotees.

 

After your visit, continue driving to Jaisalmer. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel & proceed for sightseeing.

Sightseeing in Jaisalmer:

  • Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Quila) – The iconic golden fort that houses temples, shops, and residences.
  • Patwon Ki Haveli – A cluster of intricately carved havelis showcasing Jaisalmer’s rich craftsmanship.

Head to Camp via Tanot Mata Temple and Longewala Border

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Jaisalmer. Before departing, ensure that any remaining sightseeing in Jaisalmer is completed, as no sights will be revisited. Begin your journey towards your Desert Camp.


The distance between Jaisalmer and Tanot Mata Temple is approximately 120 km, taking around 2 to 2.5 hours, and From Tanot to Longewala, the distance is roughly 35 km, taking 45 minutes to 1 hour. Finally, the distance between Longewala and the Jaisalmer Desert Camp region is approximately 45–55 km, taking 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the camp location.

 

Enroute Sightseeing:

  • Tanot Mata Temple – Sacred temple associated with the Indo-Pak War of 1965 and miraculous unexploded bombs.
  • Longewala War Memorial & Border Post – Famous battleground of the 1971 Indo-Pak War, featuring museums, bunkers, and documentary showcases.
  • Kuldhara – The Abandoned Village

 

Afternoon: Check in to the Desert Camp at Sam Sand Dunes.

 

Evening Desert Experience

  • Camel Safari on the dunes
  • Sunset view over the Thar Desert

  • Bonfire with snacks and dinner at the camp

Jaisalmer → Jodhpur

Head to Jodhpur from Jaisalmer

Post breakfast, leave the Resort/Camp. Visit any sight, within the city limits, which was not covered so far. Head to Jodhpur. It would be approximately 280 KMs which would a ride of 6-7 hours with a few halts for lunch. Place to visit in Jodhpur are Mehrangarh Fort Jashwant Thada Sardar Musuem Ummed Bhawan Vintage Car Collections Mandore Gardens if time allows, you can visit the remaining places and later at EOD, vehicle would drop you at designated place.

Jodhpur Sightseeings and Later Travel to Udaipur

Post breakfast, Visit the sights in Jodhpur. We would visit the following places (Whatever possible till 3PM): Mehrangarh Fort Jashwant Thada Sardar Musuem Ummed Bhawan Vintage Car Collections Mandore Gardens Later at 3PM, we will head to Udaipur, the city of lakes.

Sightseeing in Udaipur will be covered based on available time across your stay. Entry fees and boat rides are chargeable separately. For a complete experience, evening visits to Bagore ki Haveli Cultural Show or a Sunset Boat Ride on Lake Pichola are highly recommended.

Post breakfast, we would head to sights which are yet not covered else shopping is also a great option in Rajasthan. Later based on the flight/train timings vehicle shall drop you at mount abu the Bus/Railway Station/Airport. .
