Pick up from Jammu – Transfer to Katra (45 km / approx. 1.5 hrs)
Our vehicle will pick you up from Jammu Tawi Railway Station or Airport. Begin your scenic journey to Katra, nestled at the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains.
On arrival in Katra, check in to your hotel and relax for a few hours. Later in the day, depending on your preference, you may begin the climb to the sacred Vaishno Devi Temple or explore the local Katra market known for religious souvenirs and street food.

Vaishno Devi Darshan
Early in the morning, begin your journey towards the sacred shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi, one of the most revered pilgrimage sites in India. The shrine is located approximately 13 km from Katra, and devotees can reach the temple by foot, pony, or helicopter service up to Sanjichhat.
En route, you may also visit:
- Ban Ganga – the sacred stream where devotees take a purifying dip before starting the trek
- Ardhkuwari Temple – a significant stop where Mata Vaishno Devi is believed to have meditated for nine months
Seek blessings at the holy cave of Mata Vaishno Devi, along with the sacred temples of Mata Mahakali, Mata Mahalakshmi, and Mata Saraswati.
After darshan, return to Katra the same evening.

Kargil to Srinagar - Scenic Journey via Zozilla Pass & Drass
Embark on a breathtaking single-day scenic transfer from Kargil to Srinagar, traversing the historic Drass Valley and the majestic Zozilla Pass. This journey promises stunning landscapes and significant historical landmarks.
After checking out from your hotel in Kargil, commence your journey towards Srinagar. The first leg of your drive takes you from Kargil to the Drass Valley, covering approximately 60 kilometers and taking around 1.5 to 2 hours.
En route, visit the following attractions:
- Drass War Memorial (Vijaypath): Pay homage to the brave soldiers of the Indian Army who made the supreme sacrifice during the Kargil War. The memorial offers panoramic views of Tiger Hill and Tololing.
- Tiger Hill (Viewpoint): Catch a distant but iconic glimpse of Tiger Hill, a crucial peak captured during the Kargil War, from the Drass region.
From Drass, you will continue your journey towards the formidable Zozilla Pass, which is approximately 25-30 kilometers away, taking about 1 hour to navigate due to the challenging terrain.
After crossing Zozilla Pass, the landscape gradually changes as you descend into the picturesque Kashmir Valley. The drive from Zozilla Pass to Srinagar is approximately 100 kilometers and takes around 3 to 4 hours, depending on road conditions and traffic.

- Sonamarg (Meadow of Gold): Pass through or make a brief photo stop at Sonamarg, a stunning valley known for its alpine meadows, glaciers, and the Sindh River.
- Sindh River Valley: Drive alongside the meandering Sindh River, through lush green forests and charming Kashmiri villages, enjoying the scenic beauty of the valley.
Upon your arrival in Srinagar, check into your hotel. Given the long and scenic journey, the rest of the day will be dedicated to relaxation or a leisurely introduction to the city's charm.
