After a pick-up from your hotel, you will embark on a journey to the majestic **Lempuyang Temple**, located in the eastern part of Bali. Along the way, you’ll pass through long stretches of pristine rice paddies, wind along scenic roads, and marvel at the breathtaking mountain landscapes. Known as the **Gateway to Heaven**, the temple offers magical views of **Mount Agung** behind it. Your private guide will not only capture amazing photos for you but also share insights into the history of this ancient temple, as well as Balinese culture and traditions. Next, visit **Tirta Gangga**, the most beautiful former royal water palace in eastern Bali. The palace features stunning tiered fountains, lush gardens, and stone sculptures of mythical creatures, all spouting water into clear bathing pools. Outside the palace, you can admire the spectacular views of northeastern Bali’s lush rice paddies. Start your day with the famous **Barong and Keris Dance**, a traditional Balinese performance that tells the story of the eternal battle between good and evil. This dance is a beautiful fusion of myth and history, showcasing the unique way Balinese culture blends the two into one reality. Next, drive to the **Tegalalang Rice Terraces**, where the emerald-green rice fields cascade down the mountainside, creating one of Bali’s most iconic and picturesque landscapes. Along the way, you'll pass through villages known for their skilled artisans, including silversmiths, goldsmiths, wood carvers, stone sculptors, and artists. Continue the journey to **Kintamani**, located on the rim of the **Gunung Batur** crater. From here, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of Bali’s most active volcano, **Mount Batur**, which rises over 1,800 meters into the sky. In the crater's center lies **Lake Batur**, a beautiful turquoise lake and the largest on the island. Visit the **Tirta Empul Temple**, known for its natural springs and special bathing pools. The waters are believed to have healing properties, and Hindu worshippers come from far and wide to bathe in the holy waters. The final stop is at the 11th-century **Elephant Cave** or **Goa Gajah**, a spiritual site for meditation. You’ll enter the temple through the carved mouth of a demon and may even witness Bali’s Hindus bathing in the sacred springs.
