Rinky coordinated well from the time we reached out of her and until booking confirmation and payment. She was quick in revising plans and customizing as per our requirement. There is a scope of improvement when it comes to listing the places that will be covered as part of city tours and calling out what is covered or what is not covered as part of the package. This visibility will help us plan things better based on our interests.

When we go on a long vacation, there bound to be some changes in plan which we expect the agency to be sensitive and responsive to make the vacation memorable. We had a challenge in making some changes and had to push hard thru our dialog and agreed by the agency afterwards. This is something that can be improved 😊

Always had a "smile", was punctual and Polite, well mannered, kept the car clean and water bottles every day, always shared the plan for next day and ensured we were prepared, suggested order of places to visit to ensure we cover them properly and was also open to take suggestions, never pushed us to do something without our consent and willingness.

Shared local knowledge while visiting the places that helped to understand the culture and environment better, he knew the travel time between the places clearly which helped to plan the day better.

LazyYatra is blessed to have such a gem of a person to represent them. We saw the best of Rajasthan because of Manoj 😊

One genuine feedback on Rathanbore National Park. This is just hyped up and must be avoided… This is nothing compared to places like Nagarahole, Bandipur etc. We recommended this to be part of the itinerary but utterly disappointed.

Our experience with lazytrip Rajasthan package was very good. From booking to arrival to hometown, Rinki(From Lazytrip) coordinated and guided very well. The hotels booked are good. We had a issue with vehicle driver on Day 1 but Rinki coordinated and changed the driver immediately on Day 2 which is very much appreciable. Special Thanks to Rinki who made our trip memorable. We would look forward to associate with lazy yatra for our future holiday trips.
