Today’s sightseeing highlights include:

Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) – Jaipur’s most iconic landmark with its intricate honeycomb façade designed for royal women to view street processions unseen.

Jantar Mantar – A UNESCO World Heritage site featuring ancient astronomical instruments that reflect Jaipur’s scientific heritage.

City Palace – The opulent residence of Jaipur’s royal family, showcasing grand courtyards, museums, and fine Rajput architecture.

 

  • Lunch:

Enjoy a leisurely lunch at Caffé Palladio, celebrated for its Mediterranean-style décor and curated menu — a perfect spot for mid-day relaxation.

 

Post-Lunch Sightseeing:

Patrika Gate – Jaipur’s most colorful landmark, known for its intricate paintings that depict various aspects of Rajasthani culture.

Jaipur to ajmer pushkr-head via bus to Jaisalmer

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Jaipur. Before departing, ensure that any remaining sightseeing or shopping in Jaipur is completed. Begin your journey towards Ajmer & Pushkar. The distance between Jaipur and Ajmer–Pushkar is approximately 140 km, and the travel time is around 2.5 to 3 hours by road.

 

Sightseeing in Ajmer:

  • Ajmer Sharif Dargah – One of India’s most sacred Sufi shrines dedicated to Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.
  • Soni Ji Ki Nasiya (Jain Temple) – Beautiful red-sandstone Jain temple with intricate golden interiors (Swarna Nagari).
  • Ana Sagar Lake – Scenic lake ideal for photos and a peaceful walk.
  • Adhai Din Ka Jhopra – Historic Indo-Islamic architectural site.

 

Sightseeing in Pushkar:

After completing Ajmer & Pushkar sightseeing, proceed to the Ajmer Bus Stand / Pushkar Bus Stand, based on your booked schedule, to board your overnight or evening bus (To be booked at your own) to Jaisalmer.

Arrive at Jaisalmer - Camp stay

Pick up from Jaisalmer Airport. Vehicle shall pick you up from Jaisalmer Airport, and we will head to the resort. On the way to the camp visit, Kuldhara Abandoned village. The village is famous for its legends and myths and is said to be haunted. The abandoned village sits solitary amidst the barren stretches of the Thar Desert. Check-In @ Camp/Resort.
