Jaipur to Salasar Via Pushkar

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Jaipur. Before departing, ensure that any remaining sightseeing or shopping in Jaipur is completed as no sights will be revisited. Begin your journey towards Ajmer. The distance between Jaipur and Ajmer is approximately 135 km, and the travel time is around 2.5 to 3 hours by road.

 

Sightseeing in Ajmer:

  • Ajmer Sharif Dargah – Sacred Sufi shrine of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti.
  • Soni Ji Ki Nasiya (Jain Temple) – Red sandstone Jain temple known for its golden interiors.
  • Ana Sagar Lake – Peaceful lake ideal for a short stop and photos.
  • Adhai Din Ka Jhopra – Historic Indo-Islamic architectural site.

 

Sightseeing in Pushkar:

  • Brahma Temple – One of the rare temples dedicated to Lord Brahma.
  • Pushkar Lake – Sacred lake surrounded by ghats.
  • Varaha Temple – Temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu’s Varaha avatar.
  • Local Market – Known for handicrafts, crystals, leather goods, and Rajasthani souvenirs.

After completing sightseeing in Ajmer and Pushkar, proceed towards Salasar Dham.
 

The distance between Pushkar and Salasar is approximately 170 km, and the travel time is around 3.5 to 4 hours by road. Arrive in Salasar and check in to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Salasar to Jaipur Via Khatu Shyam Ji

Begin your day early from Salasar after visiting the local sacred sites.

 

Places to Visit in Salasar

  • Salasar Balaji Temple – The main temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, known for fulfilling wishes.
  • Anjani Mata Temple – Located near Salasar, believed to be the birthplace of Lord Hanuman’s mother.

 

After offering prayers, proceed towards Khatu Shyam Ji, located around 110 km away. Visit the Khatu Shyam Temple, dedicated to Lord Krishna in his Shyam avatar, and seek divine blessings.

After darshan, continue your journey to Jaipur, which is approximately 80 km from Khatu Shyam Ji. Optionally stop at Sikar or Ringas for refreshments on the way.

 

Arrive in Jaipur by evening, marking the end of a spiritually enriching trip through Rajasthan’s divine circuit.
