Jodhpur - Jaisalmer - Local - Flyback frm Jodhpur

Pick up from Jodhpur Rly Stn. / Airport. Transfer to hotel and check in. Afternoon proceed for local city sight seeing tour. Jodhpur, stronghold of the fierce Rathore clan, was founded in 1459 by Prince Jodha. Visit the Mehrangarh Fort, situated on a low sandstone hill. Within the fort, visit Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also visit Jaswant Thada, an imposing marble cenotaph, built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant singh II around 1899 and Umaid Public gardens. Return back to hotel and overnight stay.

head to the Jaisalmer Camp (300 Km – 5 or 6 hours). On the way to the camp visit Kuldhara Abondoned village. The village is famous for its legends and myths and is said to be haunted. The abandoned village sits solitary amidst the barren stretches of the Thar Desert. Check In @ Camp/Resort. Add Ons for Today: Camel Safari, Rajasthani folk dance

After breakfast Proceed for sightseeing tour of The Golden City - Jaisalmer. 
Visit the 12th century magnificent fort at Jaisalmer. 
Also visit the beautifully and magnificently carved Havelis of Salim Singh ki Haveli, Nathmal Ki Haveli, Patwon ki Haveli and Gadhi Sagar Tank, followed by a visit to the Bara bagh.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel/camp in Jaisalmer. Before departure, ensure that any remaining sightseeing in Jaisalmer is completed. Begin your journey towards Jodhpur, the Blue City of Rajasthan. The distance between Jaisalmer and Jodhpur is approximately 280 km, and it takes around 4.5 to 5 hours by road.

Sightseeing in Jodhpur:

Mehrangarh Fort – One of India’s largest and most magnificent forts, offering panoramic views of the Blue City, with museums displaying royal artifacts, palanquins, weaponry, and heritage collections.

 

After completing sightseeing, proceed for drop at Jodhpur Airport / Railway Station as per your departure schedule.
