Arrival at Jaisalmer Airport and Jaislamer Sightseeing

After arrival at Jaisalmer Airport, meet and greet our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel. The distance between Jaisalmer Airport and the main city center is approximately 15 km, and it takes around 30 minutes by road to reach.

After check-in and a short refreshment break, proceed to explore the Golden City of Jaisalmer, renowned for its yellow sandstone architecture and desert charm.

Sightseeing in Jaisalmer:

Jaisalmer Fort (Sonar Quila) – A UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s largest living forts, offering panoramic views of the city.
Patwon Ki Haveli – The most elaborate haveli in Jaisalmer, famous for its intricate carvings and architecture.
Salim Singh Ki Haveli – Known for its unique peacock-shaped roof and artistic design.
Nathmal Ki Haveli – A beautifully crafted mansion combining Rajput and Islamic architectural styles.
Gadisar Lake – A scenic man-made lake surrounded by temples and ghats, perfect for boating and photography.
Vyas Chhatri – A sandstone cenotaph offering stunning sunset views over the desert landscape.

Later, return to your hotel.

Morning: After breakfast, complete any remaining local sightseeing in Jaisalmer before heading towards the desert. The Distance is 40 km and it will take 45 mins – 1 hour.

Afternoon: Check in to the Desert Camp at Sam Sand Dunes.

Jaisalmer to Udaipur

We will be covering the sites remaining in Jaisalmer post your breakfast. Later we will head to Udaipur. Udaipur is appoximately 450 Km from Jaisalmer and it would 8 hours to reach to Udaipur. Arrive at Udaipur and check in the hotel. Though, you would be reaching late to Udaipur , but still if you get time, you can visit the few places which are open.
