Our experience for Ladakh package was excellent.
From booking to arrival to hometown, Ms.Rinki coordinated and guided very well. The hotels booked were good. Stay and food in hotels were very good and staff was very cooperative. Driver(Mr.Rigzin) was supported in all respects to cover all the locations.

When I talk about our trip. It was really wonderful and nicely planned. Starting from vehicle, accommodation, sightseeing everything was perfect.

Especially accommodation provided at Havelock and Neil island was wonderful. Hospitality was great. Even though we are vegetarian the food was good.

Accommodation could have been better at PortBlair especially rooms could have been specious. Otherwise other things were good. Cruise experience was superb and sightseeing at Havelock and Neil island was covered properly. Some more sightseeing could have been possible at Portblair.

Overall our experience with Lazy Yatra was great and will surely love to travel again to some other destinations through lazy Yatra and will surely recommend to our family and friends.

We enjoyed our trip a lot. Thanks a lot Team Lazy Yatra for making our trip a memorable one. Special thanks to Ms. Rinki for helping us out in curating such a nice trip.

Our experience with lazytrip Rajasthan package was very good. From booking to arrival to hometown, Rinki(From Lazytrip) coordinated and guided very well. The hotels booked are good. We had a issue with vehicle driver on Day 1 but Rinki coordinated and changed the driver immediately on Day 2 which is very much appreciable. Special Thanks to Rinki who made our trip memorable. It was a lovely, lovely experience this trip. Will never forget Andaman. A once in a lifetime dreamy trip. Rinki chose the best plan for me and my wife and helped me throughout as I disturbed her with hundreds of messages. The hotels were pitstabdi, especially Sandyy Wavess in Havelock. Peaceful to say the least. Aquays of Neil could have been a little better, with the food and the room, though. The Port Blair hotel was also very peaceful. Experience is very good,
a. hotels are Very good, but not best. Since cost is reasonable, the hotels in this cost are acceptable.
b. Driver(Zakir) is good,
c. SPOC is reachable and good. But SPOC(Sumaira) could have been bit more helpful by pro-actively helping us to to know and plan our extra expenses. Since SPOC did not tell about extra expenses, we have almost spend double the amount on Extra activities like Skying, local Sight seeing in Gulmarg and Sonmarg, Golkonda ride etc.
d. Travel consultant(Vishal) was excellent in helping us and guiding us for planning.

TRIP was awesome. it was fresh snowfall during our visit make our trip mesmerizing. Stay at hotels are also very good. Overall experience life time experience and stay Forever in our hearts. Thanks to all the people of Lazy yatra who made this trip mesmerizing.

we had a wonderful experience at Andamans, both the agents Chirag from lazy yatra as well as Sweety from maharaja travels were very good, and everything was hassle-free. little disappointment was there due to our stay at aqueoys resorts, havelock, but overall we had an amazing trip, thank you, guys.

How was your stay in hotels and food there?
The stay at hotel in Srinagar was wonderful. The food at Victory hotel was very tasty and the staff was also very nice and friendly.
The Grand lord hotel at Pahalgam was ok since the photos were deceiving and it was not up to the mark in regards of hygiene. Food again was good and staff was generous.
The Welcome hotel at gulmarg was good and stay was great. The location was very near to gandola ride and staff was very helpful and friendly. The food was ok.
The lake victoria HB was a great experience but everything came downhill once we sat for our meal. The food was very bad and the staff was very sarcastic and rude. We told him that food was not upto the mark and he said that i told the cook but cook said that if they didnt like the food how come they are eating so much. At breakfast also i asked him to get me some bread toast and he said how many 15-20 in a very sarcastic way. The shikara ride from the hotel to ghat was also not great as they started asking for money. Even the HB staff cut his own tip without asking and returned our money. HB was great but food, staff and everything was very horrible.
How was the driver with sight seeing and every thing?
Driver was great and was very helpful. Only feedback is he was not accommodating when it came to our luggage. We were 6 people and had 9 suitcases and he not stop commented on the same. If we ask him to stop for shopping he would say where u will put it there is no space. Hire another cab for airport.

How was Rinki as your travel agent with your package?
Rinki was very helpful in whole trip. She was readily available and did a great job.

Ofcourse, this was our second trip from lazy yatra but just want to
Give a small feedback to share some good hotels where food and stay are great. Also, the drivers should b accommodating and not very rigid. We have faced driver issues in both our trips.

The overall experience was really good and the stay in the hotel was great because we experienced exactly the same as what was committed prior to booking. Rinki (our consultant) first understood the requirement before proposing the itinerary and she even supported us during the trip to plan surprises or recommended a few must-visit places. I must appreciate the transparency kept during the discussion prior to booking and all those commitments were fulfilled.

It was a very good and memorable experience with lazy yatra. There presence was excellent on every island (havelock, Neil and port blair). The whole team of lazy yatra including cab drivers and coordinators were very nice , punctual and soft spoken . The Hotels booked were good as per the category we select, however its advised to book minimum 2 months in advance if one wants a specific hotel only. changes in any program were informed to us by their team well in time. I would here make a special mention about the overall tour coordinator Mr Amjad Khan at Port Blair who explained our tour program in detail, so that we can enjoy our vacations without any difficulty....
The sports activities were very exciting specially Scooba diving at Havelock was incredible...... we really adore the moments spent at Andamans and really thank Lazy yatra and Team to make our trip unforgettable experience of a lifetime.

Stays were nice and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and responded immediately whenever asked for any assistance.
Drivers throughout the trip appeared on time and were soft spoken always.
Overall trip experience was great and very comfortable under consultancy of Rinky Gyanani and definitely looking forward to book again.

The experience was amazing.
We had been dealt with Mr Chirag from Lazy Yatra.He recommended the best 6 day package for 42000/- . All the services were taken care of including pick and drop , sight seeing cruise tickets boat ride snorkeling activities.
The hotels were very good in the package. Hotel Seagull in Port Blair had cosy rooms and sea view beautiful rooftop restaurant, delicious cuisines.
In Havelock,Hotel Ile Bay restaurant had very big spacious rooms big bathroom cottages with pool view. Although the hotel was quite in the interiors....but Chirag pushed for booking this hotel as it was a new property,just 3 months old.It turned out to be a good decision as we were traveling with a child who needed space to play around. The hotel staff was very welcoming and polite.The hotel at Neil island had the best lawns with the best landscaping...tall coconut trees, beetel nut trees beautiful flowers hygienic meals.
The breakfast was complementary.All the pick and drop was in Ertiga so no space issue.
Makruzz was the best cruise to go in. Inside it is like a different world.
There is no issue of any fooding.All the items are available in Andaman.
Shopping for corals and sea shell items is a must.All in all it was money well spent.

We had booked our much awaited Ladakh trip with Lazy yatra and Rinki did the planning and organising all our bookings and travel. It was such a smooth and flawless experience. It was really a wise idea to choose Lazy Travel ..Chirag was the person to arrange everything for us. He was really helpful through out our vacation. Everything was arranged beautifully and timely. Only concern i have about the hotels in Port blair(Seagull-The rooms were ok ,but we really did not like the surrounding as some bad smell was coming through out our stay.Food was good here ..thanks to the restaurant guy who gave us the food as we asked) and in Havelock(Aquays hotels & resorts- Rooms were good ,spacious but the service was very bad ,Most of the things were not working ..The AC ,Bathroom Flush..No drinking water was also provided when we asked for it ) .The hotel in Neil(Reef Valley Resort was beautiful) - the Service ,the rooms ,the food,people Everything was satisfying..Special thanks to Chirag for suggesting this place to us .

A short review of my Andaman trip. I booked a holiday package through Lazy Yatra and they provided me the best hotels everywhere. In Port blair we stayed in Hotel Honey Hive. It was a nice and decent hotel and the staff was very polite.. Our experience was really good there. Next we headed to Havelock and there we stayed in NK ECO Cottage and the rooms were so beautiful, a swimming pool to just relax and cherish and the bestest hospitality. The food was very tasty and the dining area was so beautiful... Next we geared up for Neil Island and there it was NK ECO BEACH RESORT which was just close to the beach where we just stepped out of the room and went to the beach walking and living the moment. The food was super tasty and the staff was very supportive. Last but not the least... My trip organizer Mr. Chirag who designed the perfect package in a minimal cost, the driver who was so honest and kind, and the on ground coordinator Mr. Ahmed... He is such a gem of a person. We returned home with lots of beautiful memories . Thank you so much team Lazy Yatra

All things were good: itinerary, hotels, agent, agency supports, overall experience, except the driver and his vehicle.
I'd definitely work with this program again as well as recommend to my traveler friends.
However, I would insist on a different driver. The driver was sufficient in English, and for the most part was accommodating. What made me not recommending this driver was his constant passive aggressiveness, subtle and not so subtle pushes for activities that were not in the itinerary for his own commission gains.

Rinky coordinated well from the time we reached out of her and until booking confirmation and payment. She was quick in revising plans and customizing as per our requirement. There is a scope of improvement when it comes to listing the places that will be covered as part of city tours and calling out what is covered or what is not covered as part of the package. This visibility will help us plan things better based on our interests.

When we go on a long vacation, there bound to be some changes in plan which we expect the agency to be sensitive and responsive to make the vacation memorable. We had a challenge in making some changes and had to push hard thru our dialog and agreed by the agency afterwards. This is something that can be improved 😊

Always had a "smile", was punctual and Polite, well mannered, kept the car clean and water bottles every day, always shared the plan for next day and ensured we were prepared, suggested order of places to visit to ensure we cover them properly and was also open to take suggestions, never pushed us to do something without our consent and willingness.

Shared local knowledge while visiting the places that helped to understand the culture and environment better, he knew the travel time between the places clearly which helped to plan the day better.

LazyYatra is blessed to have such a gem of a person to represent them. We saw the best of Rajasthan because of Manoj 😊

One genuine feedback on Rathanbore National Park. This is just hyped up and must be avoided… This is nothing compared to places like Nagarahole, Bandipur etc. We recommended this to be part of the itinerary but utterly disappointed.

Thanks lazy Yatra again for such a good planning for my family trip to Rajasthan and then perfect execution. Hotel options you provided were good where we could choose based on our comfort. Cab was neat and clean. Its Driver was also good, flexible as per need of the time and always available when ever we wanted. Please see if In the itinerary you could provide some suggestions for tourist spots which are must and which can be skipped.

Hotel stay at Udaipur was good but Hotel Dior Jaipur was disappointed.
Driver & car was good. He coordinate well with sightseeing.
Rinki helped well for booking.
Overall it was wonderful trip of Jaipur & Udaipur, enjoyed a lot, very good trekking experience at forts in Jaipur & river side view & boating at Udaipur, food, take guide who will charge you & also will take your photographs.

Hotels Wer nice , neat n comfortable and foot was also good. Drivers Wer so good we just loved the way dey behaved and spoken so kind n humble people. Rinky was good was helpful with all things. yes If i got a chance we will book again with Lazyatra. Best experience since we had booked them 2 n half year back n still dey gave us best experience

Hotels were very good . They provided extra towels for swimming in the sea also.clean, b. Drivers dropped us in the sight seeing place and picked up after we call them.very good coordination

Apart from Tso-moriri, stay was fantastic. Hotels and camps are really nice.Hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. Nubra camp food was not that good also food options were very limited. Driver was experienced and punctual. He was very well aware about places and he used to tell history about the places which we like a lot. Rinki is fabulous. very supportive and always there for your help.

If I ignore some bad moments which happend in Tso-moriri, overall trip was amazing. We enjoyed a lot and made a lots of memories. It was an amazing experience with Lazyyatra. The hotels they have given was excellent and the staff members of all the hotels were so polite. Our driver, Mr. Mingur was very good he explained everything about the place and also he was very polite and honest by nature. Our travel agent, Rinki also gave the best possible package to us along with best hotels as per our requirement. We will definitely book again with Lazyyatra. It was an awesome trip.

It was an amazing trip for us(we were a group of 4 people, 2 couples).
Since the very beginning the communication and collaboration with Akhil was really smooth, he made sure that we are getting the best services.
He helped me in selecting the best suitable package with good costing.
All the provided hotel options were pretty good, Hotel Sangyalay in Leh and Organic Boutique in Hunder were amazing stays.
Our driver cum guide Nawang Bhai is also amazing, he always made sure that we are comfortable in travel and have good knowledge about all the sightseeing areas.

budget friendly awesome packages tried this for the first time on my trip to leh ladakh from 29th july to 3rd august
and oh boy, the hotels, the food, the hospitality of the people, car, driver, everything was so decent and people were so cooperative and plans were well in place that we 5 friends didn't have a single problem and it seemed surreal since i am a guy from delhi, and we don't usually encounter with such good people . definitely will book from this package in future too, highly recommended

Our driver Padma was also very innocent- and humble..
All the hotels booked in Leh, Pangong very amazing..Nubra was ok ok..

Hello. This is Akshita Sharma. I traveled to Leh in July 2022 with my parents and niece(04 total) through Lazyatra. I would like to share my experiences regarding hotels, food and Travel.
Firstly Big 5 stars to the Driver....Mr Tsering picked us up right from the airport and went with us throughout the Ladakh trip. He was literally a gem of person. He gave us good local knowledge, very generous and honest person.
Coming to Hotels, Grand Yasmin could have been better from cleanliness point of view. But Sangaylay Palace was delightful, way beyond our expectations... food variety and quality in dinner and breakfast was just the best ... 5 star experience at Sangaylay palace. Also, Pangong stay was amazing and the food standards and pangong were a delight in the paradise.
So, overall a delightful trip.
Looking forward to book another holiday from Lazyatra. :)

Experience with Lazy Yatra is amazing and they arranged a fabulous trip to Leh Ladakh,our travel consultant Miss Rinky organized the ideal tailored trip and peculiar about complete itinerary & we were guided by a local excellent guide(Nawang).The accommodations was superb, activities such as double humped camel,ATV ride,Zip Line were excellent.

Grand Ladakh - excellent in all respects...good food, courteous and efficient staff and gud rooms....will recommend everyone to stay there
Organic Boutique Inn - okay okay types...gud tents, ok food
Menstel cottage - food was gud but rooms were too small
Grand Yasmin - didn't like the overall hygiene of the hotel....food was also ok types...won't recommend to stay there when grand ladakh is just 5 steps away

The driver who was there on first day for Leh visit whose name was Ali was a very very gud person...he shud be there always in ur list

For the next 4 days we had a driver named Stanzin who was expert in mountain driving and was aware of all routes...but was too fussy and always was in a hurry for no reason whatsoever....the group didn't like his behaviour as he always wanted to have his own way...u shud ensure that he is not the one who drives around ur customers....

Overall was gud considering the location...and yes your local partner there was very helpful...overall very gud...but u need to find a way to have gud drivers who are going to be with ur guests for 4 days in a row

I travelled to Leh along with my wife in mid June 2022. I made my booking a bit and June being a peak season, I was bit skeptical about the trip. Lazy Yatra came to my rescue and all the arrangements made by them were just superb. Rinki ensured that all the hotels including camps are of the high quality. At the end it was the perfect hassle free week that I was looking for. I will definitely choose Lazy Yatra for my next adventure! :D
